Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Political Science or related discipline.
• Strong intuition for Federal, State, and local political institutions.
• 1+ year of experience with Excel.
• 1+ year of experience with AI tools Claude and ChatGPT.
• Experience in politics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and organize data on political and government stakeholders across federal, state, and local levels.
• Build and maintain enriched, named audience files per data standards.
• Leverage AI tools to speed research, data cleaning, and enrichment workflows.
• Perform data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of audience data.
• Collaborate with customers on audience strategy and client deliverables.
• Stay current on the political and legislative landscape relevant to campaigns.
