Job summary

Pivot is seeking a Political Data Coordinator to join our team ahead of the 2026 election cycle. This fully remote role in the Targeting & Analytics Department requires availability to work East Coast hours.

The candidate should manage deadlines, maintain data quality, and support cross-team workflows across the US to help drive Democratic victories. Role reports to Logan Vidal, VP of Targeting & Analytics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, R, SQL, SPSS or Stata.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Flexible and able to adapt to team needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track work within Pivot's Targeting Department and across Client Services teams.
• Finalize process of producing data files ready for printers, including QC and delivery campaigns.
• Run and monitor reports of mail delivery and mail response programs.
• Run basic queries in voter file databases.
• Monitor projects and anticipate next steps in workflow.
• Communicate regularly with other teams and stakeholders to support evolving workload.
• Support other Targeting Department members to complete projects.
