Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Summary

RAY Influence is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. This role is central to how we build the audiences that power our campaigns: sourcing, structuring, and enriching data on political and government stakeholders at the federal, state, and local levels. The ideal candidate combines a genuine interest in political institutions with strong analytical instincts and comfort using modern AI tools to work efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and organize data on political and government stakeholders (elected officials, staff, agency personnel, and related decision-makers) across federal, state, and local levels as well as business leaders, community activists, and media figures.
• Build and maintain enriched, named audience files for campaigns using RAY's standard data structure and quality standards
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, data cleaning, and enrichment workflows
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and completeness of audience data
• Collaborate with customers on audience strategy and factor context into client deliverables
• Stay current on the political and legislative landscape relevant to active and prospective client campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Political Science or a related discipline
• Strong intuition for, and working knowledge of, Federal, State, and local political institutions
• 1+ year of experience with Excel
• 1+ year of experience with best-in-class AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT
• Experience working in politics is a plus

Compensation

• Starting salary range: $50,000–$60,000, commensurate with experience
• Eligible for a performance-based, end-of-year bonus

Location

This position is fully remote, with occasional travel required.
