Global Impact Group LLC is seeking Polish Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI) to support a USCIS contract. Polish is a priority language for asylum, immigration, and naturalization interviews.

This remote role offers flexible schedule and paid training, with opportunities for advancement within a federal contract. You will provide real-time interpretation, maintain confidentiality, and handle both scheduled and urgent assignments.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Polish and English.
• 2+ years of professional interpreting experience (immigration, legal, healthcare, or government).
• Strong knowledge of interpreter ethics and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time Polish-English telephonic interpretation for USCIS interviews and proceedings.
• Interpret with accuracy, neutrality, and professionalism in immigration and legal contexts.
• Maintain confidentiality in compliance with USCIS/DHS standards.
• Manage scheduled and urgent surge assignments.
• Participate in training and quality assurance reviews.
