Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Two years of experience in life and annuity or related field.
• Call center or customer service experience preferred.
• LOMA coursework and Associate Customer Service designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer contacts from agents, policyowners, and employers regarding in-force policies and benefits.
• Prepare and deliver illustrations for universal life policies and annuity options.
• Process service requests including changes, loans, and withdrawals.
• Support new business applicants and underwriting processes.
• Document customer communications and maintain records in Call Manager system.
• Perform routine daily accounting transactions and premium payments reconciliation.
• Review and mail routine system checks and policy correspondence.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve inquiries and improve the customer experience.
• Identify improvements and report system issues to the appropriate party.
