Job summary

Podium is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead global recruiting across functions from our Lehi, Utah HQ. You will partner with senior leaders to align recruiting with business priorities, build an AI-driven function, and scale playbooks. You will own end-to-end processes, coach leaders, and drive high-velocity hiring.

The role requires 7+ years in recruiting with leadership experience and a SaaS background, plus a strong sales mindset and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience including leadership of others.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of recruiting managers and individual contributors across functions.
• Run a performance- and data-driven recruiting team with pipeline ownership and metrics.
• Partner with senior leadership to align recruiting strategy with business priorities.
• Build an AI-driven recruiting function and scalable playbooks.
• Source candidates directly when needed and own requisitions.
• Drive employer branding to attract top talent.
