Job summary

Remotely is currently filling a permanent position for our client, fully remote: Specialist Property Management Systems (m/f/d). You will manage PMS topics across teams and support hotel openings to ensure operational PMS readiness.

Ideal candidates have hands-on hospitality experience, strong knowledge of property management systems (Opera Cloud preferred), and excellent communication skills in English. German is a plus and occasional business travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality experience and a deep understanding of hotel operations and distribution.
• Good working knowledge of Property Management Systems (Opera Cloud preferred).
• Experience with cross-departmental projects and system integrations.
• Tech-minded and solution-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
• Very good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all PMS topics to ensure efficient and smooth processes.
• Coordinate PMS developments, tasks and feature requests across teams.
• Support hotel pre-openings while ensuring PMS readiness.
• Manage commercial systems and projects according to the roadmap.
• Bring structure to complex projects through clear documentation and cross-team collaboration.
• Spot opportunities to simplify systems and workflows.
