IDEX Corporation is seeking a Project Manager in a remote US-based role to lead cross-functional initiatives from strategic priorities to actionable execution plans. Reporting to the Sr.

Director, PMO, you will define scope, milestones, owners, risks, and success metrics, partnering with site teams and initiative owners. You will drive disciplined execution, governance routines, and executive-ready updates, balancing priorities across multiple workstreams and ensuring value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
• Ability to build plans, manage timelines, risks, and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with executive-ready updates.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive results through collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into integrated project plans with deliverables, timelines, milestones, owners, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: plans, risk logs, issue trackers, decision logs, stakeholder maps, status reports.
• Establish governance cadences, escalation paths, and accountable ownership across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to align project work with priorities and resource needs.
• Communicate progress and risks clearly to sponsors and leadership.
