Job summary

REIZ TECH UAB is seeking a Project/PMO professional to drive the transition from commercial agreement to project delivery. You will establish PMO processes, coordinate planning, governance, reporting, RAID and change management across business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience across multiple technologies with strong processes and people management.
• Proficient in PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Lead/Six Sigma and governance.
• Fundamental ITIL knowledge and service management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a project management plan and detailed work schedule for implementation.
• Assign tasks and coordinate daily processes within the team.
• Monitor progress and implementation of the project.
• Manage risks and issues raised by the team.
• Oversee budget usage and ensure deadlines are met.
• Optimize resource use and ensure task quality.
• Take responsibility for project success and report on progress.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
