PerkinElmer seeks a PMO Manager/Senior Manager for Project Farma in the United States. The role leads cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, CQV, and startup workstreams to deliver capital projects from design through startup, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, mentor project managers, drive continuous improvement, and travel as required to client sites across the US.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 7-13 years of capital project delivery experience.
• 5 years as PM or workstream lead on $5M-$200M TIC projects.
• Strong understanding of life sciences capital delivery, CQV, GEP, and operational readiness.
• PMP strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and disciplined execution across the full project lifecycle from early design to startup.
• Deliver capital projects of moderate to high complexity valued between $5M and $200M TIC in regulated environments.
• Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, construction, CQV, and startup workstreams.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, governance models, and project controls structures.
• Act as owner’s representative for client leadership and ensure alignment with standards.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., cGMP, OSHA).
• Provide mentorship to project managers, engineers, and staff; interface with stakeholders and vendors.
