Job summary

Project Farma, a PerkinElmer company, seeks a PMO Manager to steer capital projects up to $5M TIC in regulated life sciences environments. You'll lead teams, coaching project managers, and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while upholding quality and safety standards.

This full-time, on-site role requires 7+ years of capital project experience in regulated industries, travel as needed, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Construction Management (PMP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of capital project experience.
• 3+ years in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience leading $500k–$2M TIC projects.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams across engineering, construction, CQV, and startup workstreams.
• Plan, design, construction, commissioning, startup and transition to operations phases.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, governance models, and project controls.
• Act as the owner’s representative for client leadership.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk across all phases.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards (e.g., cGMP, OSHA).
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers, engineers, and staff.
• Interface with stakeholders, EPC/EPCM partners, and vendors.
• Support change management and escalation with senior leaders.
