Job summary

Converge Technology Solutions UK seeks a PMO Manager to lead the PMO within the US Remote Professional Services practice. You will drive governance, standardized methodologies, and financial discipline to ensure high-quality delivery of customer-facing engagements.

You will mentor Project Managers, monitor portfolio health, and partner with Delivery Management, Resource Management, Sales, and leadership to achieve customer and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• PMP certification or equivalent required.
• Strong leadership and governance experience in PMO.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing complex, customer-facing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the PMO team, including coaching, onboarding, and performance management.
• Establish PMO governance, standards, processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Oversee portfolio health, alignment to scope, schedule, and financial objectives.
• Escalate risks and issues, driving timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Drive portfolio reporting, KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Support staffing, capacity planning, and collaboration with Sales and Delivery.
