Job summary

Neumo seeks a Delivery Manager to own program-level execution for a portfolio within the Business Unit. You will oversee SDLC, changes, risk mitigation, and financial performance while building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering timely internal reporting.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with the PMO, drive continuous improvement, and foster ownership and accountability across product, development, and customer success in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Budgets, financial tracking, and revenue/margin reporting experience.
• Familiarity with project/portfolio management methodologies and lifecycle processes.
• Experience with Agile Scrum in a software development context.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and communicate financial and budget information across the Business Unit.
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks; escalate material risks.
• Drive implementation of change requests and projects to meet timelines, coordinating with development teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and serve as the first contact for product owners and stakeholders.
• Provide status updates and reporting to support leadership decisions.
