Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced program managers and PMO leaders to help train the latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This is a fully remote, flexible engagement offering 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP.

You will run cross-functional programs to create and refine AI-generated presentations across core workflows, including steering committee decks and portfolio reviews. Strong PowerPoint and executive communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Run cross-functional programs to create and refine AI-generated presentations across steering decks, status reports, risk exhibits, and portfolio reviews.
