Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior project managers to help train AI language models on professional presentations and slide decks. You will oversee cross‑functional programs, crafting executive‑level decks and reports for steering committees, status updates, risk reviews, and portfolio materials.

Role offers 5–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling and fully remote work. Start ASAP. Strong PPT and writing skills required; 5+ years PM/PMO leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management or PMO leadership at a significant company.
• Ownership of a steering committee or executive reporting cadence.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Produce materials for steering committee decks, program status reports, risk and dependency exhibits, milestone reviews, executive escalations, and portfolio reviews.
