Job summary

GE Vernova’s Power Conversion & Storage (PCS) unit seeks an experienced Head of the Project Management Office (PMO) to lead the PMO for a $1B+ business across Energy Storage, Industrial Electrification, and Power Stability. You will standardize project controls, drive regional digital tool adoption, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

This senior role requires strong leadership, deep PMO governance experience, and the ability to mentor project managers and site teams while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management or a related field.
• 8+ years leading complex projects or PMOs (ideally in energy, industrial, or electrification).
• Expertise in project controls: scheduling, cost forecasting, risk management.
• Experience deploying enterprise digital tools (PPM, ERP, PLM).
• Strong leadership and communication, cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize project management tools and processes.
• Harmonize delivery practices across segments and subsegments.
• Oversee PMO governance and the regional rollout of digital tech.
• Lead training and development; manage PMO team.
• Support ERP/PLM/PPM integrations and data continuity.
