You will own the program, drive financial performance, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction while partnering with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years of project delivery in electrification sectors, strong communication, eligibility for U.S. security clearance, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on project management delivering full lifecycle electrification projects.
• Experience with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Installation & Commissioning in relevant sectors.
• Ability to interface with customers and cross-functional teams effectively.
• U.S. Citizenship or eligibility for a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale electrification projects from order entry to installation and commissioning.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and site activities across partners to meet scope, cost, quality and schedule.
• Serve as primary customer interface, managing expectations and relationships.
• Drive cross-functional teams with accountability and strong governance.
• Monitor milestones and provide regular reports on risk, scope, and financials.
