GE Vernova seeks a high-impact Program Director to lead end-to-end execution of flagship Datacenter projects across North America, owning profitability for a high-value portfolio. You will manage a team of project managers and delivery professionals, reporting to the GM of PCS North America.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership in major programs, strong governance, and deep cross-regional experience, with a track record of large-scale budgets and technical delivery.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership managing complex programs, projects, or business segments.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record leading large, multi-year, multi-regional projects with big budgets.
• Strong business acumen and ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale datacenter projects across North America.
• Own the program budget, drive cost control and profitability.
• Interface with hyperscalers and developers; manage governance and risk.
• Oversee all technical and operational work packages, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coordinate a complex, multi-country supply chain and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit and lead a team of project managers and delivery professionals.
