Gainwell Technologies is seeking a PMO Project Cost Control Manager to join the project PMO team. You will prepare and maintain project financial forecasts covering labor, hardware, software, and travel, collaborating with leadership to align budgets with initiative plans.

The role requires strong experience in large-scale programs, excellent data analysis, and ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse stakeholders, while driving adherence to governance and reporting

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of PMO, project coordination, project management, or project financial management experience.
• Experience managing financial data for large-scale project implementations or organizational departments.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and PMO governance processes.
• Experience presenting complex topics to a variety of audiences and scaling detail as appropriate.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation management skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and CoPilot.

Responsabilidades

• Review sales solutioning documentation and extract budgetary information to assemble initial labor demand with leadership.
• Develop budget tracking workbook for each project using standardized templates.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to budget and extract details from data sources.
• Investigate and present variances between actual and forecasted expenditures.
• Remain aligned with change management and resource management plans; refer governance items as needed.
• Facilitate financial meetings with project leadership and stakeholders.
• Report project performance to targets; provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
