Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a PMO Support Specialist to join the PMO to drive contract management, budgeting, invoicing, and operational excellence. You will partner with Project Managers, finance and revenue teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure process consistency and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include project setup, contract classification, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing customer contracts and understanding project budgeting principles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfy applicable citizenship requirements for U.S.-based positions.

Responsibilities

• Support project setup, maintenance, and administration activities per contractual requirements and standards.
• Review customer contracts, complete contract classifications, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Document and maintain customer requirements related to project management, budgeting, invoicing, revenue, and access.
• Partner with Project Managers to support project changes, contract updates, customer requirements, and efficiencies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across the PMO.
