Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a PMO Project Cost Control Manager to join the project PMO team. You will prepare and maintain financial forecasts covering labor, hardware, software, real estate, travel, and contingency reserves within approved budgets.

You will collaborate with leadership, develop budget tracking workbooks, monitor expenses, analyze variances, and support governance decisions. The role emphasizes strong financial administration, data analysis, and proactive risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years PMO, project management, or project financial management experience.
• Experience managing financial data for large-scale project implementations or organizational departments.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Review sales solutioning documentation and extract budgetary information to compile initial labor demand with project leadership.
• Develop budget tracking workbook for each project using standardized templates.
• Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to the budget and extract details from data sources.
• Investigate and present variances between actual and forecasted expenditures; align with governance where needed.
• Facilitate financial meetings with project leadership and stakeholders; report performance to targets.
