Talkiatry is a remote outpatient psychiatry practice seeking an experienced PMHNP-BC to provide 100% remote psychiatric care with autonomous practice authority. You will oversee evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management for a range of anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum 3 years of post-graduate clinical PMHNP experience.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including evaluation, planning, and medication management.
• Proficient in EMR documentation and telepsychiatry tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).
• Conduct standard sessions (60-min intakes, 30-min follow-ups).
• No inpatient, IOP, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage.
• Operate within an integrated care model with in-house referrals to psychiatrists and therapists.
• Leverage full operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing.
