Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice delivering outpatient care entirely remotely. This PMHNP role offers control over schedule, patient population, and session structure within established clinical standards.

You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, treatment planning and medication management for lower to moderate acuity cases, supported by in-house scheduling, billing, and licensing teams. Full benefits accompany a competitive OTE.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC is required.
• Active license with autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate PMHNP experience.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management.
• Psychoeducation and supportive therapy experience.
• Comfort practicing in a fully remote telepsychiatry model.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care.
• Strong clinical judgment and clear communication; team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and treatment planning.
• Perform medication management and ongoing follow-ups.
• Coordinate care with in-house referral network of psychiatrists and therapists.
• Utilize EMR to document care accurately and efficiently.
