Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice. This role offers 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care with predictable W-2 compensation and benefits, control over schedule and patient population, and minimal administrative burden within an integrated telepsychiatry model.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with active, unrestricted license.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care including: evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Strong clinical judgment, clear communication and collaborative, team-based approach.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care.
• Lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, PTSD).
• Standard session lengths: 60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow-ups.
• Integrated care with in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists.
