Job summary

Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice.

This role targets experienced PMHNPs seeking predictable W-2 compensation, autonomy over schedule and patient population, and minimal administrative burden in a fully remote outpatient model. Compensation ranges and benefits support clinical practice across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Board-certified PMHNP-BC with an active, unrestricted license and autonomous practice authority.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP.
• Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care, including evaluations, treatment planning and medication management.
• Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and collaborative team-based care.

Responsibilities

• 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care with standard session lengths.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications.
• Provide psychoeducation and supportive therapy within established clinical standards.
• Operate in a fully remote telepsychiatry-based model with full operational support.
• Collaborate with in-house psychiatrists and therapists in an integrated care model.
