Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in NC.
• Experience in psychiatry and telemedicine is preferred.
• Must maintain licensure in the practicing state.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Treat patients aged 14 and up in in-person and telemedicine settings.
• Prescribe medications as clinically appropriate.
• Develop and document individualized care plans.
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
• Adhere to Clinical Practice Guidelines and consult with leadership as needed.
