Job summary

Thriveworks Clinical North Carolina, PC is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide assessments and treatment for adolescents and adults, including telemedicine and in-person care in Winston-Salem, NC.

Applicants must hold board certification and a NC prescriptive authority. The position offers a fee-for-service W2 arrangement with a $65,000–$94,000 annual range, based on 15–20 clinical hours weekly, plus comprehensive benefits and in-house training.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in NC
• Understanding of AdvancedMD EMR is a plus
• Three years of experience is a plus; 1 year in psychiatry required

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations in in-person and telemedicine settings
• Treat clients aged 14 and up as appropriate
• Prescribe medications to alleviate mental health symptoms
• Develop and review care plans with clients
• Complete relevant paperwork and assessment tools
• Follow Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on patient care and programs
