Thriveworks is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to provide assessments and treatment for adults and adolescents through in-person and telemedicine care. The role requires NC licensure, board certification, and prescriptive authority, with a focus on safe, evidence-based practice.

This W2, fee-for-service position offers a compensation range of $130,000 to $187,000 per year based on 25–35 clinical hours weekly, plus a ramp stipend for 30+

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification.
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in NC.
• Eligible to practice in North Carolina and maintain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations for adults and adolescents in-person and via telemedicine.
• Prescribe medications as appropriate within scope of practice.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with clients.
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
• Collaborate with regional clinic directors on care programs.
