Thriveworks is seeking a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our Chapel Hill, NC team. You will conduct psychiatric assessments for adults and adolescents, provide medication management, and collaborate on care plans via in-person and telemedicine visits.

Applicants must hold PMHNP board certification, a Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority, and NC licensure. The position emphasizes clinical guidelines, clinical support, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing with prescriptive authority required.
• Board Certification as PMHNP required.
• Must be licensed and live in the practicing state (NC).
• 1 year psychiatry practice required; 3 years experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform Psychiatric assessments and evaluations for adults and adolescents.
• Treat patients through in-person and telemedicine capacity.
• Prescribe medications as clinically indicated.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with clients.
• Complete necessary paperwork and assessment tools per guidelines.
• Adhere to Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines and consult with Regional Directors.
