Job summary

Qualifications
- Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
- Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the state
- Experience in psychiatry preferred (1 year required) and 3 years preferred
- License must be in state of practice
Responsibilities
- Perform psychiatric assessments and evaluations for clients in person and via telemedicine
- Treat clients aged 14 and up as appropriate
- Prescribe medications to manage mental health symptoms
- Develop and coordinate individualized care plans with clients
- Complete necessary paperwork and assessment tools
- Follow Thriveworks Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Consult with Regional Clinic Directors on client care and programs
