Job summary

Thriveworks in Maitland, Florida seeks a licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide in-person and telemedicine care for diverse clients aged 14+. Board-certified NPs with an active Florida prescriptive authority lead assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

The role offers a fee-for-service (W2) arrangement with a compensation range of $130,000–$187,000 per year based on 25–35 clinical hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with board certification
• Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the practicing state
• 1 year psychiatry practice required; 3 years' experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Make psychiatric assessments and evaluations in in-person and telemedicine settings
• Treat clients aged 14 and up as appropriate
• Prescribe medications to reduce mental health symptoms
• Create and collaborate on individualized care plans
• Complete required paperwork and assessment tools
• Adhere to Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines
• Consult with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on cases and programs
