Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs for telehealth psychiatry across the United States. Roles offer full-time or part-time options with meaningful clinical autonomy and robust operational support.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on patient-care hours, with weekly pay and comprehensive malpractice coverage. Fully remote with strong collaboration and access to advanced EHR tools.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one state.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Comfort delivering care remotely and using EHR systems.
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent patient care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including medical history and risk analysis.
Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
Use technology and operational systems to deliver telehealth care.
