Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to provide top-tier psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. This role offers full-time or part-time options with meaningful clinical autonomy, supported by experienced psychiatrists and comprehensive administrative support.

You will manage patient care from your home, using premium EHR and AI tools, with a compensation range of $150k–$300k per year depending on hours and experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using Electronic Health Records.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care using evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers via consultations and reviews.
• Utilize telehealth technologies and operational systems to ensure reliable care.
