Job summary

Legion Health in the United States is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs for telepsychiatry. Full-time or part-time remote positions with strong clinical autonomy, scheduled support, and credentialing assistance are available.

Compensation ranges from $150K to $300K annually, depending on patient-care hours. We provide premium tools, weekly pay, malpractice insurance, and comprehensive administrative support to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems
Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care

Responsibilities

Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history and risk analysis
Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy
Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care
Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices
Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers via consultations and case reviews
Utilize technology and telehealth systems to deliver reliable care
