Job summary

Legion Health is seeking PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. This role offers both full-time and part-time options with clinical autonomy and strong administrative support, including scheduling, insurance verification, and credentialing.

Compensation ranges from $150K to $300K per year, with weekly pay and full malpractice insurance. Fully remote within the U.S., with access to premium clinical tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and manage medications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort delivering care remotely and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
