Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to deliver psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. Roles offer full-time or part-time options, with significant clinical autonomy and robust administrative support.

Practitioners will provide evidence-based care, maintain patient-centered communications, and collaborate with psychiatrists through consults and peer reviews. Fully remote, compensated at $150k–$300k per year.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with remote care and using electronic health records.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including history and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
