Job summary

Legion Health is seeking clinically excellent PMHNPs to deliver psychiatric care via telehealth from anywhere in the United States. Roles are fully remote with clinical autonomy and support from a psychiatry team, offering flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 per year, with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance and credentialing support. We provide robust EHR, e-prescribe, and AI tools to streamline care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP authority in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing remote care and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy.
