Job summary

Legion Health is seeking PMHNPs to provide psychiatric care via telehealth from anywhere in the United States. Full-time or part-time positions with strong clinical autonomy and operational support are offered.

We support clinicians with schedule flexibility, administrative, credentialing, and licensure assistance, plus leading EHR and AI tools. Compensation ranges from $150K to $300K per year, with weekly pay and malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; remote care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history, medical history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care and use evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize technology and telehealth systems to deliver reliable psychiatric care.
