Job summary

Legion Health seeks PMHNPs to deliver top-tier psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. You will have clinical autonomy supported by experienced psychiatrists, with administrative help to minimize non-clinical tasks.

Roles are fully remote with flexible scheduling, weekly pay, malpractice insurance, credentialing support, and access to premium EHR and AI tools to enhance patient outcomes. Compensation ranges from $150K to $300K annually.

Qualifications

• Active PMHNP license in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for a range of psychiatric conditions via telehealth.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication and brief psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
