Job summary

Legion Health is recruiting PMHNPs for remote telepsychiatry across the United States. You will practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and comprehensive operational support. Full-time and part-time roles offer flexible schedules and collaboration with experienced psychiatrists.

We provide credentialing support, malpractice coverage, and access to premium tools, with compensation ranging from $150K to $300K per year based on patient-care hours.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state license to practice PMHNP in at least one U.S. state.
• Experience in psychiatry and telehealth preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and manage caseload independently.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists through consultations and case reviews.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments including history and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care using evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers via consultations and reviews.
• Utilize telehealth platforms and clinical systems to deliver reliable care.
