Job summary

Legion Health is hiring PMHNPs for fully remote psychiatric care via telehealth across the United States. You will practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy, supported by psychiatrists and a robust administrative team.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with compensation ranging from $150K to $300K per year based on patient-care hours. We offer a collaborative, evidence-based practice, access to premier EHR and AI tools, and comprehensive credentialing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP authority in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with meds and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Apply evidence-based protocols and safe prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers via consultations and case reviews.
• Utilize telehealth and supporting tech to deliver reliable care.
