Job summary

Legion Health is seeking qualified PMHNPs to deliver high-quality telepsychiatry care from anywhere in the United States. Roles offer clinical autonomy with support from a clinical advisory board and a robust telehealth platform.

We provide administrative support, credentialing assistance, and comprehensive malpractice coverage, with compensation ranging from $150K to $300K per year based on patient-care hours. Fully remote, flexible scheduling, and weekly pay are available.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state or jurisdiction.
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort delivering remote care and using electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

Provide treatment for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and related conditions.
Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
Develop and execute individualized treatment plans combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
Follow evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
Utilize technology and systems to deliver reliable telehealth care.
