Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one US state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort delivering care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, and bipolar disorder.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and risk analyses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, possibly combining medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Leverage telehealth technology and systems to ensure reliable care.
