Job summary

people-culture-talent is seeking a Technical Sourcer for fully remote work with 4–5 hours daily overlap in the 9–6pm PT window. You will hunt for engineers and tech leaders across stages from pre-seed to pre-IPO, building diverse candidate pipelines and conducting initial screenings.

You’ll use AI tools to identify candidates, craft outreach messages, and collaborate with recruiters to form world-class engineering teams. This role is contract-based with potential extension.

Responsibilities

• Candidate research & identification using AI sourcing tools (Gem/Juicebox/Pin).
• Multi-channel sourcing to build candidate lists.
• Personalized outreach and initial conversations with candidates.
• Market research on companies/teams to map talent landscape.
• Pipeline building to support client hiring goals.
• Initial screening calls to gauge qualifications.
• Test and refine sourcing strategies to improve response rates.
• Collaborate with recruiters to build inclusive teams.
