Job summary

Brown & Brown is seeking a Program Manager – Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio to lead the enterprise IT program portfolio from Daytona Beach, FL, Plano, TX or Remote. You will drive cloud migrations, data center modernization, network transformations, and ITSM initiatives while coordinating governance, budgets, and delivery excellence.

You will lead and develop a team of Project Managers, ensuring consistent PMO practices, robust reporting, and strategic alignment with business objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT program or portfolio management, including Infrastructure & Operations initiatives.
• Experience leading multiple projects, programs, or portfolios with cross-functional dependencies.
• Experience mentoring Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and operations disciplines (cloud, networking, compute, storage, ITSM).
• Proven leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with portfolio governance, budgeting, and resource planning.
• PMI certifications (PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP) and ITIL are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Infrastructure & Operations project portfolio aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead large-scale programs including cloud adoption, data center modernization, and ITSM initiatives.
• Develop portfolio governance, executive reporting, and decision-making frameworks.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, CAPEX, and OPEX with cross-functional alignment.
• Directly lead and mentor a team of Project Managers delivering initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage dependencies and risks.
• Ensure initiatives align with enterprise architecture and security requirements.
