The role guides a team of Project Managers and partners with senior leaders to align initiatives with strategy and budgets.

The position supports remote, hybrid, or Plano, TX locations, offering governance, delivery excellence, and operational readiness across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT program or portfolio management.
• Experience leading Infrastructure & Operations initiatives.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of cloud services, networking, ITSM.
• PMO governance, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Certifications: PMP/PgMP/PfMP or ITIL.
• Experience with Azure/AWS or hybrid cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Infrastructure & Operations portfolio.
• Lead large-scale programs including cloud adoption and data center modernization.
• Establish portfolio governance and executive reporting.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenditures.
• Lead and coach a team of Project Managers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Ensure delivery aligns with architecture and security standards.
