  • Monitor portfolio financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, capital expenditures, and operational spending
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and facilitate escalation resolution to maintain program momentum and achieve strategic objectives.

  • Provide direction, guidance, and escalation support to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Promote consistent application of PMO methodologies, governance practices, reporting standards, and project management disciplines.
  • Conduct regular portfolio and project reviews to assess performance, resource needs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery of excellence.
Project & Program Delivery
  • Directly lead complex Infrastructure & Operations projects and programs, including cloud migrations, infrastructure modernization, network transformation, disaster recovery, endpoint management, and ITSM initiatives, through the full project lifecycle.
  • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and delivery plans in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, communication plans, executive status reports, and other project governance artifacts for assigned initiatives.
  • Provide delivery of leadership and oversight for projects managed by other Project Managers, ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities, governance standards, and organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive successful outcomes.
  • Evaluate trade-offs between cost, complexity, operational impact, risk, and business value to support effective decision-making.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered in accordance with enterprise architecture, security requirements, operational standards, and service-level objectives.
Cross-Functional & Executive Collaboration
  • Partner with technology, business, finance, security, compliance, and operations leaders to align initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide clear executive communication regarding portfolio health, risks, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Support portfolio planning, budgeting, forecasting, and governance activities across Infrastructure & Operations.
Risk, Compliance & Change Management
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to operational stability, security, compliance, and technology delivery.
  • Ensure programs adhere to governance standards, change management processes, and operational policies.
  • Serve as the escalation point for portfolio-level risks, issues, and cross-functional conflicts.
  • Partner with Security, Compliance, and Audit teams to support regulatory and governance requirements.
