Brown & Brown is seeking a Program Manager – Infrastructure & Operations Portfolio to lead a portfolio of enterprise tech initiatives from Daytona Beach, FL; Plano, TX or Remote. You will guide governance, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration across cloud, networking, ITSM, and operations disciplines.

You will mentor Project Managers, drive portfolio metrics, and partner with leadership to balance budgets, risks, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 8+ years in IT program or portfolio management, with Infrastructure & Operations focus.
• Experience leading multiple projects/programs with cross-functional dependencies.
• Proven ability to mentor Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Knowledge of infrastructure disciplines: cloud, networking, compute, storage, ITSM.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Infrastructure & Operations portfolio to align with strategy and budgets.
• Oversee large-scale programs including cloud adoption, data center modernization, and ITSM.
• Direct PMO governance, reporting, and executive communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Drive risk management, change control, and operational readiness.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and delivery oversight to project managers.
