Job summary

Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with at least five years of experience supporting educational facility, municipal, or other vertical construction projects.

The successful candidate will coordinate project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and stakeholder engagement while working with senior project leaders, clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle. This remote-based position is primarily focused on projects in the Phoenix metropolitan area and

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in project management, construction management, program management, or capital project delivery.
• Experience coordinating project scope, schedules, budgets, documentation, and stakeholder activities.
• Ability to travel to project sites and client meetings throughout Arizona as required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage projects or workstreams under senior project leadership.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and action logs.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety; communicate variances.
• Identify risks, support mitigation, and elevate significant matters as needed.
• Coordinate activities among clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support planning, design development, permitting, procurement, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare notes, and maintain project documentation.
• Review deliverables, schedules, costs, RFI responses, and change requests.
