Job summary

Arcadis U.S. Inc. seeks a seasoned construction program manager to lead facility infrastructure, capital improvements, and renovation projects.

The role requires flexible scheduling, travel to local facilities, and on-time delivery within budget. The candidate will oversee multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards. Preferred candidates have 7+ years in architectural/construction management or facilities teams, with a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Preferred 7+ years with architectural, construction management, or facilities teams.
• Public works experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion with knowledge of procurement.
• Provide proactive planning and project management to assist project teams and ensure coordination.
• Manage project procurement activities.
• Coordinate and obtain all necessary regulatory permits.
• Ensure local, state, and national codes and safety regulations are followed.
• Manage on-call design professionals and contractors and oversee their work.
• Review work orders, amendments, and contractor pay applications.
• Develop and adhere to budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
• Determine resources from start to finish within budget constraints.
• Report progress and risks to senior team members.
